The postgraduate programme is organised by the University of Arts in Belgrade, in partnership with the French universities Lyon II, Institute of Political Studies in Grenoble and Paris IX Dauphine. The programme is supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the participation of UNESCO and the Central European Initiative.
