28/09/2004 The ECUMEST Association will organise the international workshop "Cultural policy research in the countries of South East Europe: setbacks and prospects", which will take place in Belgrade, on 2-3 October. The aim of this workshop is to address and set an agenda for the new area of activity of the Policies for Culture programme – that of cultural policy research – and of its established Task Force for Culture Policy Research. The workshop has been made possible by the financial contributions from the European Cultural Foundation and the Open Society Institute and with the generous support of the University of Arts in Belgrade.
