After four years of successful development throughout South East Europe, the Policies for Culture programme is relaunching this year its communication instruments. This new website is designed to become an online resource platform for cultural policy in South East Europe. Your feedback and contributions are therefore highly welcome. 16/04/2004 The Encounter 2004 of Balkan Express - Network of performing arts in the Balkans, focusing on "Audience Development", will take place between 11-14 June in Sfantu Gheorghe, Romania. The encounter, organised by ECUMEST Association in partnership with the League for Theatre and "ATELIER" International Theatre Festival (Sfantu Gheorghe) will also include a workshop for young directors, held by Andrei Serban and a training session for cultural operators in the region, held by Corina Suteu. Registration is now open.
