25/03/2004 The first issue of the Policies for Culture e-bulletin. The e-bulletin is an electronic publication produced every month in the framework of the Policies for Culture programme. It contains programme news, information about upcoming events, existing opportunities, publications and other relevant information in the field of cultural policy making for cultural organisations and policy makers in South East Europe. It represents a more comprehensive version of the former Info Bulletin. Distributed and downloadable in html format. Read Issue 1: March 2004.
01/03/2004 ECUMEST Association is organising a Policies for Culture development meeting in Belgrade, on 5-6 March 2004, in view of the setting up of the PfC Regional Task Force in the field of cultural policy. 16/02/2004 The release of the study "The State of Cultural Cooperation in Europe". Made in 2003 at the request of the European Commission by INTERARTS Foundation Barcelona and EFAH (European Forum for Arts and Heritage), the study 'The State of Cultural Cooperation in Europe' was launched in January 2004. ECUMEST Association represented the national correspondent for Romania of this evaluation process, under the coordination of Corina SUTEU, President.

15/12/2003 Cultural magazines - platforms of dialogue in the countries of South East Europe was the topic of the international symposium hosted by Bucharest on 11-12 December, organised by the Goethe-Institut with the support of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe. Press Stress Group (the informal initiative of the ECUMEST Association gathering the Romanian magazines "Dilema", "Observator Cultural" and "LA&I") is the partner of this event.
