The main objectives of the activities developed in this field are: raising awarness on the need to adopt coherent policies for a long term cultural development; responsabilisation and professionalisation of different cultural actors (public and private) in their implementation; information and documentation in the field; developing capacities and regional networks; facilitating these processes.
